Almond Butter Protein Balls Recipe

These almond butter protein balls are perfect for having at hand to help yourself to when that sweet tooth needs satisfying. The bonus is that they are loaded with high quality protein, fibre and healthful fats thanks to the abundance of nutrient-dense nuts, so you can happily snack away with the knowledge that you’re doing your body good at the same time.

 

Ingredients

  • 50 grams Shredded toasted coconut
  • 100 grams Rolled oats
  • 375 grams Cup Almond Butter
  • 3 tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 95 gram Dried Berries
  • 65 gram Sunflower Seeds
  • 3/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Drizzle of olive oil For Hands
  • 60 ml COMVITA 83+ 250G MANUKA HONEY

Method

  1. Combine all but the water in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for about half an hour.
  3. Roll the mix into about 20 small, equal sized balls.
  4. Store in an airtight container, freeze and take out as needed.
