Healthy Ginger Honey Crisps Recipe
These ginger crisps are everything you want from a treat – perfectly sweet, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Ingredients
- 4 tbps Coconut oil
- 2 tbps Flour
- 2 tbps Milk
- 100 Grams Rolled oats
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp Ground ginger
- 4 tbsp COMVITA 83+ 250G MANUKA HONEY
Method
- Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir. Beat mixture until there is a firm doughy texture.
- Split dough into 12 balls and place on a parchment paper covered baking tray.
- Flatten each ball with a spoon as thinly as possible.
- Bake at 180 for 15-18 minutes or until golden
