Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 125ml Milk of your choice
  • 2 tps Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tps Ground Turmeric
  • 1/2 tps Cinnamon
  • 6 Ice Cubes
  • 1 tsp COMVITA 83+ MANUKA HONEY

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a medium blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Serve in a tall glass and enjoy your Banana and Honey smoothie as a morning treat.
