Iced Honey & Vanilla Latte

Serves 1

Ingredients:

• 1 shot of coffee
• your choice of milk
• ½ tsp vanilla essence
• 1 tsp Comvita Mānuka Honey
• Handful of ice

Method:

1. Drizzle Comvita Mānuka Honey on the inside walls of a tall glass.
2. Add in a fresh shot of coffee and Comvita Mānuka Honey. Stir to combine.
3. Add in the ice cubes.
4. Foam milk with vanilla bean and pour over ice.

Optional: top with whipped cream and a drizzle of honey.
